Indoor cycling classes are an exhilarating cardio workout on specially designed stationary bikes. With the helpful guidance of certified instructors, music and visual imagery we set ourselves apart from the usual boredom of stationary cycling.
All indoor cycling classes are designed for both beginners and advanced as our studio bikes allow each rider to set their own resistance. The bike's on board computer system automatically calculates rider's heart rate, Cadence, and calories burned.
NEW TO CYCLING?:
Many of our customers are in the same position. We welcome new riders every class session. Our instructors are at each class session thirty minutes prior to the start of the class in order to help everyone get adjusted and comfortable with the bikes.
